Savior Market Conviction Compass

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Savior Market Conviction Compass (“Compass”), including Compass Basic and Compass Pro, published by Savior Wealth (“Savior,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By subscribing to or accessing the Compass, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational and Informational Purpose Only
The Compass is a market research and educational publication. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing contained in the Compass constitutes:
Personalized investment advice
A recommendation to buy or sell any security
A solicitation to engage in any investment strategy
Tax, legal, or accounting advice
Subscribers should consult their own financial, tax, or legal professionals before making investment decisions.
2. No Advisory or Fiduciary Relationship
Subscription to the Compass does not create an investment advisory relationship, fiduciary relationship, or client relationship with Savior Wealth.
Investment advisory services are provided only pursuant to a separate written advisory agreement.
Subscribers to the Compass are not advisory clients unless such an agreement has been executed.
3. Investment Risk Disclosure
All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal.
Certain securities discussed may include:
Exchange-traded funds (ETFs)
Sector-specific instruments
Leveraged or inverse products
Fixed income securities

Savior Wealth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Compass.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savior Wealth and its affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:
Reliance on Compass content
Market movements
Investment decisions made by subscribers
Technical interruptions or service disruptions
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for the applicable billing period.
8. Intellectual Property
All Compass content, including text, models, structure, and analysis, is the intellectual property of Savior Wealth.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or republished without written permission.
Passwords and subscriber access may not be shared.
9. Subscription Terms
Compass Pro is billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
10. Modifications
Savior Wealth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Compass constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
